What is your reservation changes and refund policy?
- Reservation changes and cancellations must be made more than seven days before arrival. The deposit is forfeited if a cancellation is made less than seven days before arrival, including long weekends.
- If you cancel your reservation more than seven days before arrival, you are eligible for a refund. However, an administration fee of $20 will apply. Alternatively, you can hold the deposit for use within 12 months.
- Refunds shall not be given for the following:
- Early departures Less than seven days’ notice of cancellation.
- There is NO Fee to change your dates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Mastercard, Visa Card. BPay for private long-term stays. Direct Deposit for companies that have their workers staying long-term.
Can I stay long term and get a better rate for a long term stay?
Yes – Long Terms stays are available upon request and upon availability. A weekly rate is available for Long Term Stays.
Do I need to pay a booking deposit?
Yes, when making your booking, deposit is required.
Do you have a food shop on location?
No shop on site – but there is a excellent Food Works less than 5 minutes away at Singleton Heights.
Is their public transport nearby?
No – as we are located just outside the town, but buses run close by from Singleton Heights and there is also a Taxi Service in Singleton.
Are you a pet friendly park?
NO - for Cabin and long term caravan stays YES - for tourists stays on caravan and tent sites
